Shipping policy
Please read and understand our shipping policy before placing your order:
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
7-15 business days directly to the customer.
Most items ship in 12 to 16 business days as each item is manufactured directly and bespoke to each new customer. Some products can take longer to ship.
Free Shipping around the World on all items. Shipping only to the Billing Address on the card. For a different delivery address other than the billing address you must send a bank wire at the time of placing the order. Items delivered duty and VAT paid.
Please be advised that once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
General Shipping Information:
- Address Changes/Interceptions: We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple items may not always ship together. No additional shipping fees will be charged for multiple shipments for an order.
- P.O. Boxes: To ensure a safe and secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Domestic Shipments within the US:
- All orders are shipped via FedEx Express, including FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx Priority Overnight with Signature Confirmation required upon delivery.
- Complimentary 2-Day shipping may be available for orders over certain purchase amounts through promotion by Zorcona.
- Orders generally ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally processed the next business day.
- Delivery time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-30 days lead time as every diamond piece is hand crafted for each customer.
- Shipping Address: We only ship orders to the address provided with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your order confirmation account.
- Shipping Cost: Free flats rate included in the sell price of all our products
- Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
- Return & Re-shipment: If your shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the charges associated with reshipment. If your order is returned to us and you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee, along with all incurred shipping charges, will be deducted from the total amount you paid for the order.
International Shipments outside of the US:
- We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please contact us at sales@supasauna.com with any international shipment questions.
- Shipping Cost: International orders are shipped via FedEx Express currently for a flat rate included in the sell price
- Delivery time: Please allow 7 business for international delivery. 2 day lead time 5 day shipping and door-to-door delivery
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises, and other governmental fees. These are not included in our charges and are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service upon delivery.
- Liability: We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to customs, address changes, or weather-related issues.
- Refused Shipments: Any and all costs incurred due to refused delivery for any reason (including high customs or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions) are the purchaser's responsibility.
- Tracking: International shipment tracking numbers will be provided.
- Return & Re-shipment: If your shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the charges associated with reshipment.
